Ingredients
1/3 cups (65 g) chocolate chips
3 tbsp (45 ml) vegan butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp (30 ml) of water (mix together and let it rest for 5 minutes)
1/4 cup (50 g) brown sugar
1/2 cup (65 g) flour
1 tbsp (15 ml) cacao powder
1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C ).
- Water bath the chocolate chips and vegetal butter until melted. Then, reserve.
- In a bowl, whip the ground flax seed preparation with the brown sugar. Add to the melted chocolate and mix all together.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, cacao powder, baking powder and the salt. Add to the wet mixture and mix.
- With the help of a spoon, prepare 9 biscuits on a baking sheet. Put into the oven for about 8 to 9 minutes.
- Let it proper cool down before enjoying it.
Notes
- Can be frozen.
- Keep them up to 2-3 days on the counter or 4 to 5 days in the fridge.
